Are the credits refundable?

Yes. Credits are refundable for the most of the auctions in which you participate. These auctions are marked with the symbol B. The value of used credits can be discounted from "buy it now price". Each auction has a limit to the number of credits that can be refunded for that particular auction. You will find this information in every auction.

What is a "credit bundle"?

A credit pack is a group of credits you can purchase at one time.

What does "required credits" mean?

BidBeat.com provides the information service for each bid placed and accepted by BidBeat.com. The credits required is the number of credits required to place one bid. This information is clearly displayed in all of BidBeat auctions. This function is entirely managed by our system so you do not have to worry about counting of credits to place one bid.

How do I place a bid?

You can place one or more bids on each auction. Bids must be expressed in whole pennies (eg: 55p, £1 to £1.80, etc.). When you confirm by hitting the "confirm" button the bids will be registered in BidBeat.com's system and will appear in your auctions status information. Your auction status can be changed at any time (eg: a "unique but not lowest bid" may be changed to the "lowest and unique"). This depends on bids placed by other users.

What is the " lowest unique bid"?

The "lowest unique bid" is defined as the bid with the lowest amount that is placed by only one registered user during the "Auction period".

Are my auction winnings limited?

1. A user can win a maximum of 3 products a day and 12 products per 30 day rolling period. Special limits apply to high value items:

(A) Gold Products (RRP £ 800+): 2 auction wins per 30 day rolling period.

(B) Silver Products (RRP £360+): 3 auction wins per 30 day rolling period.

(C) Bronze Products: (RRP £100) You can win 3 auctions per 30 day rolling period.

Example: If a user were to win 3 products within a 25 day period, they would not be able to bid for the next 5 days. If they try, their bids will not be valid.

2. Once the 30 day period has passed you will be allowed to bid and win auctions again.

NOTE: The BidBeat.com auction system will allow you to bid on any of its auctions even if your winning limit has been reached. You will receive a notice via email that your winning limit has been reached. BidBeat.com reserves the right to disqualify any bidder from any auction without them having the right to obtain a refund for bids spent on that auction.

What are multiple bids?

A multiple bid is a set of successive bids placed in pennies, located between a minimum and maximum price offered by the user (eg: 50p to £1). Automatically all amounts (in pennies), which are situated between eg. 50p and £1 (inclusive), will become your bids. The maximum number of multiple offers is equal to 100 bids for each multiple bid. If you want to make more multiple offers on one product, you must repeat this procedure several times and split your offers into several parts.

Any user did not place the lowest and unique bid. What happens?

In this extreme case without the unique bid placed during the auction. The administrator of BidBeat.com will inform all the bidders and extend the auction period for submission of bids. The time interval will be extended for the same interval as the original.

It is possible to cancel my bids?

No. Any bid can not be revoked. BidBeat.com reserves the right to cancel any auction from unforeseen circumstances. If this happens BidBeat.com will return all submitted bids to users who participated in the auction.

How to buy Credits?

Credits can be purchased via PayPal credit card or by bank transfer. Credits purchased via PayPal and a credit card will be credited immediately.

What is the minimum bid to win the goods?

What is the maximum bid I can place?

How will I be informed that I won the auction?

The user who placed the lowest unique bid after the auction is finished will be classified as the winner. The winner will be contacted by BidBeat.com auction support team via e-mail. This email will contain the following information: Price of the product Postage cost Query if user wants to buy the product or not The winner has to answer this email within 15 days after auction finished. If winner does not reply within 15 days he/she will loose the right to purchase goods for the winning bid plus postage and packaging. Winner of auction will pay for the goods via bank transfer.

What will happen if user who placed the lowest unique bid will not pay within the 15 days period?

If a user who has the right to buy goods, fails to respond during the 15 days of receipt (15 days from receipt of an e-mail correspondence), BidBeat.com server will evaluate the second lowest and unique bid. The second user will also have 15 days (from receipt of an e-mail correspondence) to purchase goods.

Is there any obligation to purchase the item I won in auction?

No. There is no obligation to purchase goods. Since the end of the "auction period", the user has 15 days (from receipt of an e-mail correspondence) to confirm his/her purchase. Once this period expires, the user loses the opportunity to purchase goods at the price of the lowest and unique bid plus postage.

How much do I pay if I win the auction

The user, who won an auction, has the right to purchase the item in that auction at a price corresponding to the lowest and unique bid, plus the cost of postage and packing goods. For example: During the "Auction Period" for a product with a market price of £500, where the lowest unique bid placed was worth 65p and the cost of postage and packing £6. User will have the right to purchase goods for the following price: The lowest and unique bid: 65p Postage and packing: £6 The total price to be paid will be: £6.65

The user has to which the goods could not be awarded, to pay the bid amount?

No. User that the goods did not win is allowed to purchase goods and therefore not pay the amount offered for it.

Has the user who did not win the auction pay the amount on which he bid?

No. User who did not win the item in auction is allowed to purchase goods and therefore does not have to pay the amount he/she offered for it.

How to make a payment for the auction I won?

Payment must be made by bank transfer. Amount paid must include the eventual cost of postage and packing. Credits can not be used for payment of goods, since the function of credits is only to obtain the "Information Service".

It is possible to obtain goods while abroad? And what is the price of postage?
